What's the difference between Vanilla, Strawberry, and Choc Mint?
These are our internal quality tiers. Vanilla is bulk and master-set fillers. Strawberry is mid-tier (illustration rares, accessible SIRs, raw NM holos, modern PSA 9). Choc Mint is the headliners (vintage PSA 10s, Japanese promos, Trophy cards, sealed vintage). The tier appears as a badge on the product page.
Are your photos of the actual card or stock images?
Always the actual card. Every listing is photographed in daylight at minimum 4 angles (front, back, edges, corner closeup). Slabs include a cert closeup so you can verify the grade through PSA / BGS / CGC's own database.
Can I get higher-resolution photos before I buy?
Yes. Email scoopedtcg@gmail.com with the product link and we'll send detailed photos within 24 hours.
Do you accept Afterpay / Zip?
Yes for orders under $1,500. For higher-value Choc Mint orders we recommend bank transfer (we'll waive the card surcharge equivalent).
Shipping
How fast do you dispatch?
48 hours from order to dispatch on weekdays. Choc Mint orders that require photo documentation may take 72 hours.
Free shipping threshold?
AU Express is free over $150 (orders ship Auspost Express). Standard ships from $9.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Tracked from $24 to NZ, US, UK, EU, Japan, SG. Other regions from $39. Signature required on orders over $500 USD equivalent.
How do you pack?
Singles: penny sleeve → perfect-fit sleeve → toploader → team bag → rigid mailer with fragile labelling. Slabs: case saver → bubble wrap → double-walled box. Sealed boxes: sized carton with corner protection. Choc Mint orders ship with photo documentation and Auspost SecurePost.
Authenticity
How do I know the card is real?
Slabs: cert numbers are verified against the grader's official database before listing. You can re-verify yourself by entering the cert number on the grader's site.
Raw singles: we inspect for proxy markers, reprint indicators, and surface signs of cleaning or restoration. If we have any doubt, we don't list.
Sealed product: we source through verified distribution, weight-check sealed boxes, and inspect for tampering, re-wraps, and shrink-replacement.
What if I receive a counterfeit?
Full refund plus return shipping reimbursed, no questions asked. Email us within 14 days with photos.
Returns
Can I return a raw single?
Yes, 14-day returns on raw singles and accessories in original condition.
Can I return a graded slab?
Non-returnable once the case has been opened. Visual condition disputes (case damage in transit, mis-described grade) are handled case-by-case — email us.
Can I return sealed product?
Non-returnable once the outer carton has been opened. Sealed-in-original-packaging returns within 14 days for change of mind — buyer covers return shipping.
